Consistency is Currency: InfraSight360's Path to Enterprise Readiness
“InfraSight360 started as nothing more than a sketch on a whiteboard, scribbled on the back of a napkin. From that first rough idea, we built something our customers now rely on every day.”

Turning an Idea into Infrastructure
From the very beginning, the path wasn’t easy. “When we started this product, it was literally on a whiteboard, as a matter of fact, on the back of a napkin,” Recalls Mahesh Kavla – Co-Founder, President & CTO AI-Vets
Before adopting Navtech, the road wasn’t easy. InfraSight360 faced real difficulties securing the consistent support its product development demanded. Finding the right skill set in the United States proved to be a genuine challenge — and an earlier partnership with a company in Bangalore brought its own setbacks. High team turnover made it nearly impossible to maintain the steady, reliable support that a product at this stage truly needed.
“We had decided to build something new internally, but we really didn’t have a dedicated team around it yet,” Mahesh explains. “Progress happened, but slowly.”
With the market opportunity in view and execution risk mounting, InfraSight360 needed a way to move from scattered after-hours effort to focused, sustained development without the time and hiring complexity of building an internal team from scratch. For InfraSight360, the opportunity cost of waiting had become greater than the cost of investing- a realization that changed everything. What Navtech brought to the table eliminated that problem altogether.
Faster capacity planning cycle time
Planning scenarios evaluated per cycle
Hardware compliance checks per rack
Audit report preparation time
Faster infrastructure search
The Platform Powering InfraSight360's Growth
What started as simple access to development capability quickly became something far more transformative. With Navtech’s skilled, ready-to-go staff on board, the team was freed up to think bigger, expanding features and functionality well beyond the original scope of InfraSight360’s 1.0 release.
The product that emerged reflects exactly that ambition. InfraSight360 was built around five core capabilities that work seamlessly together: a live dashboard, planning tools, monitoring, alerts, and hardware compliance checks, each designed to give data center teams a complete, real-time picture of their operations.
And at the heart of that picture is visibility that actually drives action. Live monitoring dashboards surface real-time data for every individual server covering compute, GPU, databases, and application performance, paired with deeper diagnostics like benchmark tracking and overheating alerts, so teams aren’t just informed, they’re always a step ahead.
That kind of depth happened because of a team that never stopped refining the product. The same team that kicked off the project 18 to 24 months ago is still at the helm today — no knowledge gaps, no costly handovers, no starting from scratch.
That continuity has been the foundation of the partnership’s strength. “Perhaps one of the most underrated wins? Consistency” recalls Mahesh.
Accelerating growth while building lasting confidence
The impact has shown up where it matters most — in front of the industry’s biggest players. And the numbers back it up. Capacity planning cycle times that once stretched 3–10 days now wrap up in just 30–90 minutes, giving the team the speed and confidence to compete at the highest level.
The InfraSight360 team has been presenting to large CSPs like Microsoft, AWS, and Google, not weighed down by concerns over the technical nuts and bolts or scalability. The anxiety of “will I be able to deliver?” simply isn’t part of the equation anymore.
The payoff was immediate — and it ran deep. Looking back, Mahesh credits the partnership with reducing unnecessary delays at every level, from hardware compliance checks that once took hours per rack and are now completed in minutes, to broader gains in product quality and financial discipline. It was a balance that proved critical to InfraSight360’s success, and one that simply wouldn’t have been possible without the right partner.
For InfraSight360, that continuity wasn’t just operationally reassuring — it was real value, in every sense of the word. And that value compounded quickly.
Where operators once evaluated just 1–2 planning scenarios, the team now runs 10+ “what-if” models, stress-testing how a facility handles future events before a single dollar is committed. The visibility that once felt out of reach is now built into every layer of the operation, and the results speak for themselves.
By embedding a consistent team, preserving institutional knowledge, and operationalizing best practices from day one, InfraSight360 has made product development a scalable part of the business.
When the right people align around the right vision, growth becomes something you plan for — not hope for. For InfraSight360, the biggest result is one word: confidence.
“With Navtech as a true technology partner, InfraSight360 rapidly moved from concept to a market-ready product. The process felt fast, structured, and surprisingly manageable.”
